Mission Statement:

The Holt Foundation is a non-profit, charitable and tax exempt organization under IRS Section 501c3. In furtherance of its mission, The Holt Foundation provides education, cultural, and social opportunities that are designed to enhance the growth and development of individuals and entities. The specific focus of the Foundation is in providing experiences in matters related to the field of law.

Vision:

Holt Foundation’s vision is to give back to the community through its mission, by providing post secondary educational opportunities.
